Motivational Monday Tips
How To Be More Confident
1. Stop Comparing and Stay Focused on YOU!
2. Relax. Go With the Flow and Don’t Stress the Little Things
3. Love Yourself! You Are a Gift and Nothing Would Be the Same Without You.
4. Be Positive and Look for the Good in Every Situation.
5. Do What You Love. Life is Too Short to Waste Your Time Doing Anything Otherwise.
The Only Person You are Destined to Be is the One You Decide to Become. It is Entirely up to You to Make Your Body, Make Your Life, and Make Yourself.
Ask yourself, is what you’re doing today is getting you closer to where you want to be tomorrow? The greatest failure is to not try, so why deprive yourself of what you could be tomorrow? Never give up on you and never give up on your dreams. Never take no for an answer because there is always a yes.
“I am my own biggest critic. Before anyone else has criticized me, I have already criticized myself. But for the rest of my life, I am going to be with me and I don’t want to spend my life with someone who is always critical. So I am going to stop being my own critic. It’s high time that I accept all the great things about me” -C. JoyBell C.
•No Fail Happiness Challenge•
It’s so much easier to get motivated when you’re happy, isn’t it? You get excited to take on new challenges and you’re happy to be you. You want to share the smiles and the laughs, and you have endless amounts of energy. But nobody is that happy all the time. Life is like a roller-coaster and sometimes it feels like you’re stuck on the hill down, screaming, wondering when the ride is going to get better again or if the ride is going to go into another corkscrew and leave you feeling nauseas. The best way to regain the motivation you once had is to find your happiness again. With this easy 5-step, 30 day challenge, you’ll re-find your happiness in no time. What do you have to lose, right?
