About Skye

Reach for the sky; because if you miss, you’ll still land among the stars.”

I am an Exercise Science student at Shawnee State University, soon to be certified personal trainer, nutrition nerd and aspiring Physical Therapist. I am on my journey of learning about rehabilitation, personal fitness, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits and am beginning my journey to positively improve the lives of others.

My own journey of physical therapy for a broken foot, scoliosis, lumbar nerve damage, and fibromyalgia as well as gluten-intolerance and adrenal fatigue sparked my passion in fitness and health, and led me to the desire of helping every single person improve their health and overall lifestyle. An active, healthy lifestyle can dramatically improve and change your life. The struggle is real my friends, and I can relate to being at rock bottom, wanting to improve my appearance and not know how, and the back and forth of weight gain. With the knowledge I’ve gained as an exercise science student, I have overcame these obstacles and have applied the things I’ve learned to improve my own fitness. My goal is to positively influence and change the way you think of food, exercise, and your body.

“Fit is not a destination, it is a lifestyle.”
