One of the biggest obstacles to making progress and to being successful if finding the motivation. It’s normal for our moods and productivity levels to fluctuate over time, making it hard to keep pushing on when these levels dip. We sometimes question if we should just give up.

Giving up is NEVER the answer though, no matter how long it may end up taking you in the long run to reach your goal. Progress is progress no matter how small.

I’ve found that these methods are very rewarding- some can boost your mood instantly, give you a boost of energy to make you want to jump off the couch and get started, and to help you push harder through the obstacles.
